CANCELLATION POLICY

By sending a deposit and booking an appointment with Dose of Beauty, you agree to abide by my policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to secure all appointments. No deposit / No service ! A No Call / No Show fee of 50% ( Remainder of the service charge ) will be required and should be paid in full in order to book a future appointment. Deposit is non refundable nontransferable unless stated otherwise. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and the respective cancellation fee will apply. A new deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment. Emergency Situations - I understand that emergencies happen. In the event of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of Doseofbeautyllc. If sickness symptoms are present I cannot service you for health and sanitation reasons. How to Cancel or Reschedule - Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made via text at 313-918-7515, @doseofbeautyllc through Instagram Dm , or through the online booking system. Repeat Offenses - Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice may be required to prepay in full for future bookings. ⭐️⭐️ EARLY / LATE HOURS ⭐️⭐️ All appointments booked for early hours, late hours, or on Sundays or Mondays will incur a $20 fee added to the total service fee. 🫧🛁 Appointment Prep 🛁🫧 For Haircuts , Trims , & Blowouts Don’t worry about coming in with clean hair as I take care of this for you. For Makeup Appointments Arrive with a clean, bare face, groomed brows, and a shaved face for best results. Free of all serums,  moisturizers, and makeup.                                               For Hair Appointments Arrive with clean DRY hair. For best results please wash your hair a day prior to event with shampoo only * do not use conditioner * Do not straighten your hair If failure to do so I have the right to refuse service as I will not rush and am unable to provide my best service. If we continue with the appointment and time allows I will charge an inconvenience fee of $30 , this will be added to your total service price. TIP : Wear a shirt or sweater that can easily slip off after your appointment! That way you don’t worry about messing anything up.  --- Dose of Beauty
